Production process for radio
Pre-production: Need to write a treatment, script. Need to research things like discussion topics, culture ect.. can use internet to do research. Need to organise team meetings to organise schedules + production content. Organise PRS license and stick to ethical guidelines
Production: Could be a live broadcast or we have pre-recorded content. For a live broadcast we would need presenters talking and sound effects would be mixed --> Abilities to use faders. Pre-recorded content means recording sound material like interviews and vox pops.
Age of technology can have a simulcast which means to live stream online
Post-production: Live broadcast, that material is edited through the faders and mixing desk. If its pre-recorded we would be using audition or Quebase or logic to edit the material and put sound effects in.
