As part of one of the Jingles we included a song from one of the games we talk about within our show but to avoid copyright completely we have added a track over it with vocals and changed the beat so it doesn't sound the same but you can still recognise the sound if you heard it which makes you relate it to the game which allows the audience to engage in thought about this particular game when we are discussing it.
As we will be broadcasting a radio show we must follow strict rules by OFCOM with some of the games we're talking about are 18 and over we must not include any offensive language or promote any violence which these games are designed to do. We understand that our show isn't broadcasted late at night and we have a younger audience as well so e will keep it simple and avoid going into gory or violent details.
