LO2 : A plan for a new talk and music radio programme

Plan:

Myself and my team will be broadcasting our show "Game2funnypeople" on Sheffield Live which will be aimed at older teenagers to young adults which is based on the content which we will be producing, the jingles and the advertisements.



The Content:

The song is appropriate because it makes the audience relate to one of the games which were talking about in the show which will help them engage in thought as we discuss some of the bad and good points about the game, while the audience has engaged in thought they can remember points about the game and agree or disagree with what we have said which will allow them to ring, text or call to give there own opinion. We will be creating accounts on social media which will allow us to connect better with our audience where they can tell us there opinion about a game which we might read out on the show, we can also see the people who watch us so we can get a better understanding of the audience based on pictures, details any many other useful resources based on there social media accounts like Facebook and Twitter. We will not just be using Facebook, Twitter and other social media places to promote the show with being able to share posts about us but we can remind them when were live and give them a taster of what to expect on the next show coming up.

Running Order:

The show will follow a general rule of radio shows by starting with a Jingle, an advertisement then an introduction saying hello to the audience and introducing myself Dominic and the rest of my presenters. I will start by announcing the different games which we will be talking about and then the different topics we have lined up like accessories which will help you play the game better and make it more enjoyable for you as a player.

We will be presenting on Friday from 7:00pm where a lot of teenagers and young adults will have finished school and work will be playing games if they're not going out with something to listen to which is interesting and about games whilst they're actually playing games themselves.

As our show will be broadcasted at 7:00Pm on Friday it means that Aaj Ka Sabrang will be pushed back 15 mins while our show finishes which means it will start at 7:15pm
